Requests you can make
Subject to applicable law, you may request:
- Provide access to the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
- Delete your personal data where deletion is available.
- Provide an export of your personal data in a reasonable format.
- Close your account and stop further account-level processing, subject to legal or operational retention needs.
How to submit a request
Send your request to privacy@lyfos.app and describe clearly what you are asking for.
- Requests should come from the same email address used for your Lyfos account.
- When an authenticated session is available, Lyfos may use that session as part of the request-handling process.
Verification
Before fulfilling a request, Lyfos may ask for additional reasonable information to verify identity and confirm that the request is being made by the correct person.
Response timing
Lyfos responds without undue delay and generally within 30 days, although some requests may require more time where the law allows.
