Categories of data

Depending on how you use Lyfos, the data we process may include:

  • Account data such as your email address, chosen locale, and basic account settings.
  • Onboarding data such as preferences, routines, and setup choices you provide.
  • Task data you add, edit, or organize in Lyfos.
  • Planning data such as generated plans, replans, and scheduling decisions.
  • Calendar data when you connect Google Calendar or review synced calendar context.
  • Billing metadata such as plan, subscription status, checkout references, and provider-side identifiers.
  • Analytics and diagnostics data used to understand product behavior, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability.
  • AI interaction data such as prompts, structured inputs, and generated outputs needed to provide Lyfos features.

Service providers

Lyfos currently relies on selected providers for core product, payments, AI, analytics, and diagnostics.

  • Google for calendar connection and related calendar processing where you choose to connect it.
  • Stripe for checkout, subscription, and billing-related processing.
  • OpenAI for AI-powered planning and agent features.
  • PostHog for product analytics and feature usage visibility.
  • Sentry for error monitoring, diagnostics, and operational reliability.

Retention

We keep personal data for as long as necessary to provide Lyfos, protect the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain appropriate business records.

International transfers

Some providers may process data outside your country or outside the EU/EEA. Where cross-border transfers are used, Lyfos relies on appropriate contractual or other lawful safeguards as required by applicable law.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may ask Lyfos to:

  • Provide access to the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
  • Delete your personal data where deletion is available.
  • Provide an export of your personal data in a reasonable format.
  • Close your account and stop further account-level processing, subject to legal or operational retention needs.

Privacy requests

For access, correction, deletion, export, or account-closure requests, contact privacy@lyfos.app. Lyfos responds without undue delay and generally within 30 days.

Identity verification

A request should come from the account email address, or from an authenticated session when available. Lyfos may request additional reasonable information to verify identity before fulfilling a privacy request.
